In accordance with government guidelines outlined on the 5th August 2020 Grass Solutions are forced to implement the following actions.
Areas that will NOT be operational:
– Grass Solutions office and warehouse will be closed to the general public.
– Onsite meetings.
– Onsite quotations and site inspections.
Departments that will remain operational:
– Shop on Line via Click and Collect service.
– Accounts and administration.
– Sales and enquires.
– Estimating department.
– Design and consultation.
Collect and Contactless Delivery Service:
Goods can be collected at the rear of our premises without making contact with any-one or delivered direct to your door with our contactless delivery service.
On arrival at our store for pickup, customers can park in designated area and call the store with their order number. A team member will bring the order out and load your vehicle.
Grass Solutions will be servicing the construction industry with installation requirements under a revised COVID 19 safety management plan where approved permits are provided by both head contractor and Grass Solutions Pty Ltd.
However, as per a revised COVID safety management plan Grass Solutions will be operating on skeleton staff throughout this period which may impact lead times.
These measures ensure that we can continue to meet customer/trade needs for essential products while doing every-thing we can to keep our team and customers safe, including complying with all physical distancing and hygiene and safety requirements.
Grass Solutions will continue to keep all customers, suppliers, staff and the public informed of changes to any trading terms and conditions as they come to hand.
