Grass Solutions were recently involved in a unique project at Vue Apartments, Kensington, where we transforemed their 280m2 concrete courtyard into an inviting recreational area for all residents. Grass Solutions were nominated as the preferred supplier as the selection criteria stipulated that the surface must be capable of handling high traffic, cigarette butts, animal stains and most importanlty to appear and feel natural, which we were able to demonstrate with idealgrass Spring. The feedback from Vue Apartments was that the residents love Idealgrass as opposed ot the cold grey concrete courtyard. It has made the area bright and inviting to residents and turned the couryard into a usable environment. The facility will prove especially popular in summer months for residents to enjoy BBQ's and view from their apartments.
