This application was an unused verandah on the 2nd level of a Mt. Eliza home which has magnificant views of pennisular. Client required a hardy surface that was slip resistant, heavily UV stablised and able to cope with Melbourne weather in general. Grass Solutions applied Prograss Manor 15mm to manufacturer specifications. Manor not only enhances the area but protects the verandah surface from further sun damage causing cracks and leaks. The client is now able to spend many enjoyable hours on their new 'outdoor lounge area'
